Requirements
Application Process
- Go to2pointlogistics.com/join-helper or tap "Join as Helper" in the app
- Fill out the application formwith personal, vehicle, and service information
- Upload required documents— government ID, driver's license, vehicle registration, police check
- Submit application— reviewed within 2–5 business days
- Receive approval notificationand proceed to onboarding
Onboarding & Training
- App orientation— accepting jobs, updating status, uploading evidence
- Service training— proper delivery handling, safe lifting, cleaning standards
- Safety orientation— road safety, emergency procedures, PPE requirements
- KYC finalization— identity verification completed in-app
- Vehicle inspection— safety and roadworthiness check
- Test job— optional supervised first job before going solo
Once approved and onboarded, you can go live and start accepting jobs immediately. Top helpers activate their account within 48 hours of submitting all documents.
