PUDO (Pickup and Drop-Off) points are partner locations where you can drop off outgoing packages or collect incoming deliveries at your convenience — no driver required.

How to Use PUDO
- Select "PUDO" deliveryduring the booking flow instead of door-to-door
- Choose a nearby pointfrom the in-app map — filter by type (locker, store, hub)
- Drop off your parcelat the selected location within your booking window
- Recipient is notifiedautomatically with a collection QR code or PIN
- Recipient collectsat their convenience using the code
- Completion confirmedwhen the code is scanned at pickup
PUDO Rules & Limits
- Parcels must befully packaged, sealed, and labelledbefore drop-off
- Maximum hold period:5 business days
- Uncollected items after 5 days are returned to sender (return fee may apply)
- PUDO is not available foroversized, fragile, or perishableitems
- Maximum parcel dimensions:60 × 50 × 40 cm, 15 kg
- Insurance applies — declare item value at booking time
